お店のコンセプト

32年働いた職場を脱サラして、珈琲自家焙煎店の道に進んだ新米焙煎士のたまです。
美味しい珈琲屋さんは、いっぱいあるので、面白い珈琲屋を目指しています。

皆さんに美味しく召し上がってもらうために基本注文がきてから真心を込めて焙煎させて頂きます。
煎りたての新鮮な珈琲豆を提供していきたいと思います。そして皆さんが、心身共に健康で笑顔でいられるように珈琲豆に心より愛情を注入してお出ししたいと思いますので、どうぞユタシクウニゲーサビラ（宜しくお願いします）
今はまだ品数は少ないですが、徐々に増やせればと思います。

※沖縄方言ナンクルナイサー本来の言葉は「まくとぅそーけー、なんくるないさー」で、「真のこと、正しいことをしていれば、なんとかなる」＝正しい道を信じて努力すれば、必ずいいことがある、報われる、という意味。

ゆくれ実の店舗名由来

実→みのる、じゅくする。

とあります。

沖縄方言で
ゆくれ→休んで
ゆくみそーれー→休んでください
なーゆくれ→もう休みなさい
とあります。

以上を踏まえて

これまで一生懸命走ってきた人に一度立ち止まって、ゆっくり心も体も休んでリフレッシュして欲しい。そして休んで、じゅくしたらパワーをフル充電させて、人生を笑顔に元気で楽しく走り出していけるようにとつけました。

Concept of the store

I am Tama, a new roaster who left my job of 32 years to start my own coffee shop.
There are many good coffee shops out there, so I aim to create an interesting coffee shop.

I roast coffee with all my heart after receiving an order so that everyone can enjoy the taste.
We would like to provide freshly roasted coffee beans. And I would like to serve you coffee beans infused with love from the bottom of my heart so that you can be healthy in mind and body and have a smile on your face, so please visit Utashiku Unigesabira.
We don’t have a lot of items right now, but we hope to gradually increase the number of items.
Get through it with a smile *Nankuru naisa (somehow sarusa)
The original word in Okinawan dialect “Nankuru naisa” is “makutu sookee, nankuru nai sa,” which means “If you do what is true and right, you will get by” = if you believe in the right path and work hard, good things will surely happen and you will be rewarded.

Origin of Yurekure Minoru’s store name

Minoru means “fruit,” and Jyukusuru means “to be fruitful.
